These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Project K(the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. The Service

Project K lets you connect gaming accounts and builds a public profile from the games, achievements, and competitive ranks associated with them. Features may change, and we may add, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service over time.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to be responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

4. Connecting third-party accounts

• You may only connect gaming accounts that you own or are authorized to use.
• Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms; connecting it to Project K does not change that.
• You authorize us to access and display the data you approve during the connection, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Impersonate others or misrepresent accounts as your own.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its data.
• Use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.
• Submit false or manipulated data in an attempt to misrepresent your capability or identity.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of content you create on the Service (such as lists and profile customization). You grant us the right to host and display that content as needed to operate the Service. You are responsible for the content you submit.

7. Community-sourced data

Some ranks and statistics come from unofficial, community-run sources that you opt into. This data may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unavailable, and may change or stop working without notice. We provide it on an as-is basis and label its source.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design and software, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. Game names, logos, and platform trademarks belong to their respective owners; their appearance on the Service does not imply endorsement.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data displayed is accurate or complete.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Project K and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of your use of the Service.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
